Delivery Zones & Fees

We offer flat-rate delivery within a 5 km radius of Brisbane CBD for $40. This covers the majority of the Greater Brisbane metropolitan area.

Outside the 5 km zone:
If your delivery address is located more than 5 km from Brisbane CBD, an additional delivery fee will apply. We will contact you directly to discuss the exact cost before dispatching your order. You will not be charged any additional amount without first confirming it with us.

Click & Collect

We offer free Click & Collect at our SNOWBIZ locations as well as our showroom in Albion. Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email or SMS and you can pick it up at your convenience.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders within the 5 km Brisbane CBD zone: Typically 3–7 business days
  • Orders outside the 5 km zone: Typically 5–10 business days (subject to the agreed additional fee)
  • Timelines may vary depending on stock availability and your location.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your e-bike has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. If we cannot locate or access your address, delivery may be delayed and we will contact you to resolve the issue.

What’s Included

Your e-bike will be professionally packaged to protect it during transit. Some minor assembly may be required—please refer to the included instruction manual or our assembly guide for setup details. Don’t hesitate to call or text us if you need additional help!

Delivery Issues & Delays

We will do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes. However, delays can occur due to weather, freight carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed if your delivery is affected.
