Shipping Policy

Fully Charged dispatches all products from our Brisbane location.
We work with specialised freight providers to ensure safe transport of electric mobility equipment.

Electric Bikes, Mobility Scooters & Electric Wheelchairs

Shipping costs vary depending on:

• Product size and weight
• Delivery location
• Residential vs commercial delivery
• Accessibility (stairs, lift, rural property etc.)

Because mobility products require careful handling, shipping is quoted individually at checkout or prior to dispatch.

Typical delivery timeframes:

• QLD & NSW: 2–5 business days
• VIC, SA: 4–7 business days
• WA, NT & remote areas: 5–10 business days

Our team will confirm shipping details with you before dispatch.


Accessories (Australia-wide)

Small items such as parts, helmets and accessories:

• Standard Shipping: $12
• Express Shipping: $18

Processing time: 1–2 business days


Remote & Special Deliveries

Some deliveries may require:

• Tail-lift truck
• Two-person delivery
• Appointment scheduling

Additional charges may apply. We will always confirm beforehand.


International Shipping

Due to lithium battery transport regulations and supplier agreements, most products cannot be shipped internationally.

If international freight is possible:

• Costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
• Duties and import taxes are not included
• Transit times vary significantly

Returns & Exchanges

Fully Charged complies with Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where goods:

• Have a major manufacturing fault
• Do not match description
• Are not fit for intended purpose


Refund Requests

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Return goods to:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on:

• Used batteries
• Installed electrical components
• Custom configured mobility equipment
• Helmets


Exchanges (Change of Mind)

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days where:

• Product is unused
• Packaging is intact
• Proof of purchase is supplied


Electric Mobility Usage Notice

Electric mobility products are mechanical and electronic devices.

Warranty may not cover:

• Water damage or improper storage
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Unauthorised modifications
• Use outside manufacturer guidelines
