WORKSHOP

Workshop Repairs & Servicing

Our Albion workshop provides professional servicing, diagnostics and repairs for electric bikes and mobility equipment purchased through Fully Charged.

Every repair begins with a Workshop Assessment to ensure our technicians can accurately diagnose the issue and provide the most appropriate service recommendation.

To provide the best customer experience, all workshop visits are by appointment.

BOOK A WORKSHOP ASSESSMENT

How it Works

1. Book your Workshop Assessment

Choose a suitable appointment time online to drop off your equipment.

2. Workshop Assessment – $35

Our technicians will inspect your equipment and prepare a repair or service recommendation.

The $35 Workshop Assessment is fully credited toward your repair or service should you choose to proceed.

3. Quote & Approval

We'll contact you with our recommendations and a quote before commencing any repair work (unless you've authorised minor repairs in advance).

4. Repair & Collection

Once approved, we'll complete the work and let you know as soon as your equipment is ready for collection.
