Workshop Terms & Service Policy

Workshop Assessments

All workshop repairs and servicing begin with a $35 Workshop Assessment.

This assessment allows our technicians to inspect your equipment and prepare a repair or service recommendation.

If you proceed with the recommended repair or service, the full $35 will be credited toward your final invoice.

Quotes & Repair Approval

No repair work will commence until you have approved the quotation, unless you have authorised repairs up to a nominated amount when booking or dropping off your equipment.

Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise advised.

Collection

We'll notify you once your equipment is ready for collection.

Please collect your equipment promptly to help us manage workshop space.

Equipment left uncollected for more than 30 days after notification may incur storage fees.

If equipment remains uncollected after repeated attempts to contact you, Fully Charged reserves the right to recover reasonable storage and disposal costs in accordance with applicable Queensland and Australian laws.

(I'd just have Dad confirm the timeframes you're comfortable with before publishing.)

Warranty Repairs

Warranty assessments and repairs are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Warranty approval is determined by the manufacturer and cannot be guaranteed by Fully Charged.

Equipment We Service

We service products supplied by Fully Charged, including:

If you're unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as early as possible.

Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure your equipment is reasonably clean before bringing it in.

Where applicable, bring any keys, chargers or accessories relevant to the reported issue.

Limitation of Liability

While every care is taken when servicing your equipment, Fully Charged is not responsible for faults arising from pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or manufacturer defects outside our control.
